Prepare your Hoover label, observed programme behaviour and the way the appliance is installed.
Work, charges, access and appointment availability confirmed before attendance.
Original illustrative scene · Not an exact manufacturer model or a completed-job photograph.
Please send model, product code and complete serial; safety-notice checks can require the full16-digit serial.
Record the selected programme, fabric types and final moisture level. A mixed load drying unevenly does not prove an electrical fault.
The actual product determines the drying technology and service scope; a brand name alone is not enough.
Tell us whether it is vented, condenser or heat-pump, and whether it is built in, freestanding or stacked. Not every brand sells every combination.
State whether the drum stops, the programme pauses or the entire supply fails. These are different observations.
A guide does not imply manufacturer appointment, guaranteed parts, compressor replacement or sealed refrigerant-circuit work. Domestic electric tumble-dryer enquiries are considered individually.
If a model-specific safety action applies, follow that action rather than treating a standard booking as clearance to use the dryer.
