Prepare your John Lewis label, observed programme behaviour and the way the appliance is installed.
Work, charges, access and appointment availability confirmed before attendance.
Original illustrative scene · Not an exact manufacturer model or a completed-job photograph.
Please send full model and serial, plus any printed service/product reference.
Mention which accessible filter/container symbol appears. User-cleaning procedures differ; do not imply every condenser or heat exchanger is removable.
The actual product determines the drying technology and service scope; a brand name alone is not enough.
Tell us whether it is vented, condenser or heat-pump, and whether it is built in, freestanding or stacked. Not every brand sells every combination.
Keep the full displayed message, even if it disappears later. A complete photograph is better than an approximate remembered code.
A guide does not imply manufacturer appointment, guaranteed parts, compressor replacement or sealed refrigerant-circuit work. Domestic electric tumble-dryer enquiries are considered individually.
If a model-specific safety action applies, follow that action rather than treating a standard booking as clearance to use the dryer.
Our safety-notice guidePrepare the complete model, technology, symptom and practical access. These notes stay on your device; they do not submit a booking.
