Possible explanations need model context.
The first visible water may not reveal its origin. Stop use; isolate only where safe without touching wet electrics.
Safe next steps.
Stop if it is unsafe. Do not keep using a dryer that smells of burning, smokes, leaks onto electrics or trips the supply. Do not dismantle it, bypass a safety device or repeatedly reset a warning. A safety-notice action is different from a normal repair booking.
Do not remove panels, bypass a switch or repeatedly restart a warning. Routine user care must follow the actual model instructions.
