Explain whether the dryer is openly positioned, under a counter or stacked. Describe visible vent/water arrangements without moving it.

The actual product determines the drying technology and service scope; a brand name alone is not enough.

Please send full model and serial, plus any printed service/product reference.

Tell us if the dryer is stacked and whether a kit is fitted. Do not lift it down or adjust its securing arrangement to obtain a label.

Record the chosen dryness target and which fabrics remain damp. A sensor programme does not behave like a fixed timer.
