A short narrated guide to model details, existing connections and safe access before a washing-machine installation enquiry.

British narration with English captions. Original appliance illustration; this is a preparation guide, not footage of a customer installation.

Planning a washing-machine fitting? Start with the complete new model, the fitting type and your full postcode. Tell A Brassett about the existing water, drainage and electrical connections, and whether an old appliance is still in place. Keep supplied instructions and transport fittings ready for assessment. Do not move connected heavy equipment to find a label. Work, charges and a Monday-to-Thursday appointment are confirmed individually.
