AA BRASSETT LTDCONSIDERED APPLIANCE CARE
A little clarity. A better next step.

When the appliance needs assessment, start with the symptom.

Repair and installation are different requests. Tell us which one you need before arranging attendance.

Work, charges, access and appointment availability confirmed before attendance.

Make the fault description specific.

Washing machines and washer-dryers

Record whether the problem begins during filling, washing, draining or spinning. Keep any displayed message with the full label. Do not force a door or reach into a pump.

Dishwashers

Describe retained water, cleaning results, leaks, door behaviour and the point where the programme stops. A code is a clue, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Cooking and other appliances

Give the exact appliance type, model and observed symptom. Work is assessed by actual product and scope; this installation collection does not imply every specialist repair is available.

Unsafe symptoms

Stop using appliances that smell of burning, smoke, leak near electrics or trip the supply. Do not repeatedly reset a protective device or dismantle the product.

Prepare a clear first message.

Keep the full model, postcode, appliance type and access details together. This helper prepares notes on your device; it does not send a request or reserve attendance.
