Choose the brand and tell us whether it is freestanding, integrated or a combined washer-dryer.
A message, a sound, retained water or the point where a cycle stops helps the team understand your enquiry.
Work, access, charges and availability are checked before attendance. A booking request is not an instant repair promise.
Tell us whether the machine sits under a worktop, in a utility cupboard or below a stacked dryer. Freestanding does not always mean accessible: hoses, cabinetry and flooring can restrict safe movement.
Freestanding repair enquiriesA furniture door can conceal the appliance and its fixings. Please mention the plinth, hinges, accessible isolation points and any flooring that prevents withdrawal. Do not dismantle cabinetry just to photograph a label.
Integrated repair enquiriesWe handle enquiries for many washing-machine and washer-dryer brands. Model age, installation and parts availability determine the next step.
A clear symptom and an exact model are more useful than a guessed replacement part. Prepare your notes here, then add them to the secure booking request.
