A Brassett Ltd is a family-run business, and that influences the way we organise our working week. Our service engineers are scheduled Monday to Thursday, with routes planned carefully so those four days remain focused, efficient and productive.
For customers, that means clear appointment windows and organised engineer routes. For our engineers, it creates more regular time away from the road and more time with their own families.
We believe a sensible working week helps people arrive with the patience, concentration and energy that repair work deserves. It is a practical decision, but also a very human one — and it reflects what being a family business means to us.

Engineer visits are scheduled Monday to Thursday, subject to route and booking availability.
Service Limits
We do not repair gas leaks or gas-supply faults. We do not repair American-style fridge freezers or undertake compressor changes. For food waste disposals, we repair the disposal unit itself rather than general plumbing or electrical installation.

Do you repair standard fridge freezers?
Yes, standard domestic models can be considered. We do not repair American-style fridge freezers or undertake compressor changes.
Do you repair gas leaks?
No. We do not repair gas leaks or gas-supply faults. Electrical cooker, oven and hob faults can be assessed where appropriate.
Do you repair Saniflo units?
Yes. Saniflo and macerator enquiries can include blockages, pump faults, switch faults, non-return valves and discharge issues.
