Do you offer same-day macerator repairs?
Often, yes. Call early for the best chance of a same-day slot.
Can you repair instead of replace?
We repair wherever economical (switches, capacitors, membranes, impellers). If the motor is burnt or casing cracked, a replacement may cost less overall.
My Saniflo runs constantly — is it safe?
Turn off at the fused spur and at the WC stop-tap if water is backing up. Then call us — likely a pressure switch or blockage in the chamber.

Do you install new macerator WCs?
Yes. We advise on placement, fall, venting and electrics (RCD-protected spur), then install and test.
What shouldn’t go into a macerator?
Wipes, sanitary items, cotton buds, dental floss, grease/fats, coffee grounds and harsh chemicals — these cause blockages and seal damage.
