For a washing-machine repair enquiry in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, send your full postcode, brand and product label. HP is a location guide, not a promise to cover every address in that postal area.
We confirm the requested work and access before arranging attendance. Please do not book on the assumption that a displayed town means there is an A Brassett branch there.
Prepare your enquiryIf the appliance is beneath a counter, mention unusually tight side clearances or a raised floor edge. Do not pull it out to investigate a fault.
Include parking or building-access arrangements where relevant, and say whether the water and electrical isolation points are accessible without moving the appliance.
The programme has stopped with water inside. Note whether the machine also displays a code, hums or completes any other part of the cycle.
Where in the programme did it stop, and is the water still visible?
Read the symptom guideRecord whether the trip happens on switching on, filling, heating or spinning, and whether any water leakage is visible.
At exactly what stage does the protective device trip?
Read the symptom guideTell us whether the programme completes, takes unusually long or shows an error. The outer door feeling cool is not a reliable temperature measurement.
Which programme and temperature were selected, and did it complete?
Read the symptom guideWe handle enquiries for many washing-machine and washer-dryer brands. Model age, installation and parts availability determine the next step.
Tell us whether the machine sits under a worktop, in a utility cupboard or below a stacked dryer. Freestanding does not always mean accessible: hoses, cabinetry and flooring can restrict safe movement.
Freestanding repair enquiriesA furniture door can conceal the appliance and its fixings. Please mention the plinth, hinges, accessible isolation points and any flooring that prevents withdrawal. Do not dismantle cabinetry just to photograph a label.
Integrated repair enquiriesThis map identifies the town, not a business branch or a confirmed engineer position.
Integrated washing-machine enquiries are welcome. Tell us the model, how the unit is fitted, any restricted withdrawal and the full address so access and service suitability can be checked.
No. The area guide helps you prepare an enquiry. The team confirms the full postcode, work, charges and appointment availability before attendance.
Send the full rating-label photograph and symptom. Absence from a guide is not a diagnosis or a definite refusal; model and parts availability need checking.
A clear symptom and an exact model are more useful than a guessed replacement part. Prepare your notes here, then add them to the secure booking request.
