Keep every model ending
For a replacement washing machine, washer-dryer or dishwasher, keep the full new-product reference rather than just the range name. A slash, suffix or additional product number can distinguish a different fitting or supplied kit.
Furniture panels need their own details
For an integrated appliance, identify the existing furniture panel, visible hinge arrangement and any supplied fixing kit. A reusable-looking kitchen door is not automatically suitable for the replacement model.
Keep delivery and fitting distinct
Tell us whether the replacement product has arrived and is available at the address. Delivery, carrying, unpacking and installation are different tasks, so include the requested work instead of treating them as one automatically included service.
Note a change to the kitchen
Mention any changed cupboard, worktop, flooring or service position since the old appliance was installed. A previous successful fit is useful background, but the current arrangement and new product still need assessment.
