For a dishwasher or laundry-appliance installation enquiry in Knockholt Pound, send the complete new-appliance model, fitting type and full postcode. Explain the existing connection arrangement and any old appliance still in place.
No postcode district is guessed from the town name. Please supply the full service postcode.
If the job involves stacking, identify both appliances and the actual stacking kit. Compatibility and safe handling must be checked; do not unstack connected equipment to investigate.
These situations may help you describe the proposed fitting. Mention the ones that apply to your own appliance and property.
A safe photograph of the existing plinth and door opening can show how the furniture meets the appliance. Do not trim or remove kitchen parts in anticipation of a fitting; required work must be checked against the actual product.
If another appliance is stacked above the equipment, include both full models and any known stacking-kit reference. Handling, unstacking and compatibility need agreement; they are not automatically included in an ordinary fitting enquiry.
Tell us whether the replacement product has arrived and is available at the address. Delivery, carrying, unpacking and installation are different tasks, so include the requested work instead of treating them as one automatically included service.
Mention any changed cupboard, worktop, flooring or service position since the old appliance was installed. A previous successful fit is useful background, but the current arrangement and new product still need assessment.
Tell us whether it is a dishwasher, washing machine or washer-dryer, and whether it is integrated or freestanding. Brand guides include current and older badges for actual-product identification; they are not a claim that every brand sells every format.
