White-goods enquiries focus on London and the Home Counties. Devon, Cornwall and Dorset are excluded for white-goods visits. Selected South West macerator enquiries are considered separately.
Clear expectations
Check the work before booking the visit.
We assess suitable repairs and replacement enquiries for existing equipment. New installations, boilers, hot-water systems and general plumbing or drainage work are not offered by this directory.
Important exclusions
No AGA repairs, American-style side-by-side refrigeration, compressor changes or sealed-refrigerant-system repairs. Vacuum and floor-care repairs are not advertised. Gas-cooker repair enquiries are welcome subject to suitable work; gas leaks and supply faults are excluded.
Independent service
A manufacturer name identifies the appliance. It does not mean we are an authorised warranty agent. Check existing warranty cover before approving independent paid work. Charges, parts and further work should be agreed through the booking team.
What to send
Supply the accessible model and serial or product reference, exact error code, photographs, symptom, full postcode and access arrangements. Do not remove covers to prepare an enquiry. Availability is confirmed separately.
