Appliance guide

Start with what the appliance does.

These categories help describe an enquiry. They are not a promise to repair every model sold by each brand.

1

Laundry

Describe washing and drying separately. A combined washer-dryer is not the same appliance as a standalone dryer. Keep the programme, error message and exact model together.

2

Cooking

Identify the oven cavity, grill or hob position and fuel type. Suitable gas-cooker enquiries can be assessed; gas leaks and gas-supply faults are excluded.

3

Dishwashing

Describe the cabinet and affected compartment. No American-style side-by-side, compressor changes or sealed-system work.

5

Extraction
