Washing Machine – How to Reset

1. Unplug the appliance for two minutes.
2. Wait for the control board to discharge.
3. Reconnect and select a short rinse cycle.

Dishwasher – How to Clean the Filter

1. Switch off and unplug the dishwasher.
2. Remove the bottom rack and lift out the filter.
3. Rinse under warm water to remove grease and debris.
4. Replace securely and run a rinse cycle to test.

Oven or Cooker – How to Replace the Bulb

1. Switch off the oven and allow it to cool completely.
2. Remove the glass bulb cover.
3. Replace with a 25W SES heat-resistant bulb.
4. Re-fit the cover and test the light.

Fridge / Freezer – How to Defrost

1. Switch off and empty the appliance.
2. Place towels to collect melting water.
3. Leave doors open until all ice has melted.
4. Clean and dry before switching back on.

Tumble Dryer – How to Clean the Condenser

1. Unplug the dryer and open the condenser compartment.
2. Remove and rinse the condenser under warm water.
3. Dry completely before reinstalling.
4. Always clean the lint filter after each cycle.

Food Waste Disposal – How to Clear a Jam

1. Turn off the power supply to the unit.
2. Use a wooden handle to gently rotate the impeller both directions.
3. Remove debris with tongs (never hands).
4. Press the red reset button on the base.
5. Run cold water and test operation.

Saniflo / Macerator – How to Reset and Clear Blockage

1. Switch off power at the fused spur.
2. Check the outlet pipe for kinks or blockages.
3. Remove debris from macerator chamber if accessible.
4. Restore power and test flush or drainage.
