Which Panasonic numbers should I send?

Read the complete label

For Panasonic, send the full model reference, product/service number where shown and serial number.

Badge names can cover different generations and suppliers. Send the actual rating label; do not infer parts compatibility from the brand alone.

The installation matters

Tell us the actual installation. A brand guide does not imply that every brand supplies both concealed integrated and freestanding washing machines.

For an older Panasonic machine, age and parts availability may limit what can be offered. We do not describe this guide as evidence of a current UK product range.

A useful Panasonic symptom example.

Laundry comes out too wet

Record whether the machine drains first, tries to accelerate, or ends the cycle without a final spin. A single heavy item can behave differently from a normal mixed load.

Spin speed selection, an unbalanced load, retained water or a drive/control fault may be involved. Wet laundry alone does not identify a motor or bearing fault.

Avoid repeated attempts with a violently moving or unusually noisy machine. Do not bypass the door lock or defeat any safety control.

Model-label help stays here.

Our identification guidance is original A Brassett content. It does not reproduce manuals, confirm a replacement part or turn a model code into a remote diagnosis.

Model-label preparation

A clear symptom and an exact model are more useful than a guessed replacement part. Prepare your notes here, then add them to the secure booking request.
