Original IKEA model and repair-enquiry guidance, with separate preparation for the way your dishwasher is fitted.
Work, charges, access and appointment availability confirmed before attendance.
Original illustrative scene · Not an exact manufacturer model or a completed-job photograph.
Include the IKEA article number and the complete appliance label. The name of the surrounding kitchen furniture does not identify the dishwasher.
Please send the product name, article number, serial and PNC/service reference where printed.
IKEA product names and article numbers identify different appliances. Photograph the complete rating label rather than only the furniture front.
Domestic dishwasher enquiries are assessed by exact product, reported symptom and practical access. A brand guide does not imply manufacturer authorisation, guaranteed parts or acceptance of every specialist appliance.
Include a clear IKEA label photograph, programme name, exact message and full postcode. Say whether the appliance is built in or freestanding and mention recent plumbing or kitchen changes.
A built-in furniture door is not a second appliance door. Door alignment, latch behaviour and an interrupted programme should be described separately.
Stop using a leaking, burning-smelling or electrically tripping dishwasher. Do not keep restarting it to clear a warning.
